Updated on 11/10/2020

LochnessBus.com has collaborated closely with the World Travel & Tourism Council (WTTC) to help guide and create its ‘New Normal Safe and Seamless Traveller Journey’ global benchmarks.

You can have peace of mind that when you travel with us, you’re in good hands, so you can simply enjoy your trip.

Under the new restrictions imposed on the 9nd of October tours remain allowed.

Face Mask

The use of face mask is mandatory.

Hygiene Equipment

Hand sanitizer is accessible and freely available. Guests should bring their own face masks. However, in the case of an emergency, face masks and gloves will be distributed to you if needed.

Air Filters

Our coaches are equipped with air filters that are inspected and cleaned daily, and replaced regularly. These on-board filters help to purify the air as you travel.

Sanitized Surfaces

All frequently touched surfaces inside your coach, including handrails, doors, tables, overhead lockers, plus your luggage handles, are disinfected.

Protect Scotland App

The app will alert you if you have been in close contact with another app user who tests positive for coronavirus. We encourage everyone who takes a tour with us to download it here.

On-coach Distancing

Trips will operate with a number of empty seats to allow for extra physical distancing.
