We travelled with Lochneds Bus to celebrate my daughter%u2019s birthday and it was a day well spent. The tour is well organized. The seats are very comfortable, the bus is clean. The tour guide Amber is very knowledgable and organized. We left Edinburgh on time and she made sure that we had enough time to explore each stops. She also gave recommendations of the good places to check in each stop, making the time spent in every stop spent efficiently. She managed the time well. The hearing kits is also a great adjunct in facilitating learning about the scenic and historical spots on our way, Amber%u2019s voice was really relaxing and its like listening to a podcast. We have travelled with Lochness Bus before in August 2022 and the service has been nothing but great. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and we%u2019ll sure do the tours with Lochness Bus again in the future.

This 12-hour trip is definitely well worth the money. It's incredible how much you can see in a single day. There is excellence guide information on the coach throughout the tour from Amber and Sandra. I've lived in Scotland for over a decade and learned loads of new information! We made about 5 stops (some of them quite short, e.g. Glencoe is only 10-15min, could be longer perhaps). Admittedly, it's quite a whistle-stop tour of the Highlands, and a lot of the time is spent in the coach itself, but the routes are scenic and there's no way to really go this far up the Highlands in 12 hours without driving a lot... At the first stop, we got to feed Highland cows, super cute! Glencoe is always beautiful. Going through Fort William, you don't see the Harry Potter train (to manage expectations). Fort Augustus is a cute town at the bottom of Loch Ness. I'd say worth going on the 50-minute guided boat tour of Loch Ness for the extra £20 because otherwise you don't really see the Loch from Fort Augustus (just the narrow harbour). After this, we stopped for a bit at the Commando memorial, where you could see Ben Nevis (although we got a better view when driving by it earlier in the day). The last stop is Pitlochry - another cute town. Overall, super happy I took this trip and would recommend it to anyone.

Really good trip and well worth the money. The guide was brilliant. We also did the cruise on the loch which was about an hour. You don%u2019t see much on the boat but it%u2019s a good talk about the history. You only stop for 2 hours to eat and look round at Loch Ness so it%u2019s a trade off if you want to do the cruise. Overall it%u2019s a 12 hour trip with a handful of stops and around 8 hours is travelling on the coach

All the sights were beautiful, and the employees were friendly, well-spoken, and knowledgeable. Two little things stood out for improvement - the first is that %u201CLochNessBus.com,%u201D or any kind of name connecting this tour to the bus, was not written on the bus. The only things written on the bus were in Spanish and Italian, and with the exception of a very small Nessie pin on one of their shirts, the employees didn%u2019t look like they worked for this company either. It was confusing to find the right place to go. The other thing is that we had no idea we would not be dropped off back at the starting point, but at a place on the other side of town. That would have been nice to know ahead of time. Overall, we would do this again!
